We are hiring HR Recruiters to join our growing team. Freshers as well as experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Shine, Monster, Hirist, Hirect, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate shortlisting.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment data and candidate records.
- Share weekly recruitment reports and updates.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 05 years of recruitment experience (Freshers can also apply).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of the recruitment process.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
