Production Management

- Plan and execute daily production schedules to meet business requirements.
- Supervise manufacturing of Oral Liquid, Bolus/Tablets, and Powder formulations and ensure adherence to approved processes and SOPs.
- Monitor batch yields, productivity, material consumption, and minimize production losses.
- Ensure productive utilization of manpower, machines, and production resources.
- Coordinate with Maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.

Procurement, Inventory, Packaging & Dispatch

- Oversee packaging operations to ensure products are packed as per approved specifications.
- Ensure availability of packaging materials and smooth coordination with Stores and Procurement.
- Verify labelling, coding, batch details, and packaging quality before dispatch.
- Coordinate with Warehouse and Supply Chain for timely dispatch of finished goods.




- Inventory Management - Maintain and monitor inventory levels of packaging materials for different production orders.

Quality & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with QA/QC for in-process inspections and product release.
- Maintain production and packaging documentation, batch records, and ERP entries.
- Prepare and review batch records, SOPs, and other quality documents, if required

Team Management

- Manage production staff and ensure timely achievement of production targets
- Supervise and manage day to day working of operators and supervisors.
- Allocate work, manage shifts, and provide training on SOPs, safety, and GMP.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
