Imports:

- Day to day monitoring of Import LC/SBLC Operations i.e. Issuance, Acceptance & Retirement of LC Bills.
- Day to day monitoring of Non-LC Import Transactions i.e. Advance Payment, Direct Import Payments, DA/DP Bills etc.
- Closure of Bill of Entry in IDPMS.
- Liasoning with Overseas bank for Supplier/Buyer Credit Facility
- APG Checking, Advising & Payment against APG

Exports:

- Checking of Export LCs & advising
- Lodgement of Export Documents (LC/Non-LCs)
- Monitoring Inward Payment received & their appropriation




- Monitoring Issuance of eBRC, eFIRC , Closure of Shipping Bill in EDPMS
- Write off of export bills pertaining to export for promotion/ Issuance of GR Waiver

Treasury Management:

- Assisting Seniors for optimum utilisation of funds/Cash Flow Management
- Monitoring Disbursement/Rollover of Existing FCNR-B Loans
- Disbursement of PCFC & their repayment through Export Receivables

MIS:

- Preparation of Monthly Liability for LC, DA, DP, Buyers Credit
- LC Interest Provisions
- LC Confirm, Un confirm Status
- Import GRN Tracking
- Import Advance Tracking
