Go Garage is a fast-growing multi-brand automobile service network committed to delivering high-quality vehicle servicing and an exceptional customer experience. We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Mulund workshop and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Branch Operations

- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the workshop.
- Please ensure a smooth workflow and timely delivery of all vehicles.
- Monitor productivity, service quality, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain workshop cleanliness, safety, and company standards.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and operational guidelines.

Team Management

- Lead, supervise, and motivate Service Advisors, Mechanics, Helpers, and other workshop staff.
- Allocate jobs effectively and monitor team performance.
- Conduct daily team briefings and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure the team's discipline, attendance, and productivity.

Customer Relationship Management

- Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the service process.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Ensure timely updates and transparent communication with customers.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Business & Performance

- Achieve monthly revenue, productivity, and profitability targets.
- Monitor branch KPIs, service turnaround time (TAT),



and customer feedback.
- Improve workshop utilization and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales of services and value-added products.

Inventory & Compliance

- Monitor spare parts and consumable inventory.
- Coordinate with procurement for the timely availability of parts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety norms, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate operational records and reports.

Required Skills

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer handling abilities.
- Good knowledge of automobile workshop operations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and workshop management software is preferred.

Eligibility

- Experience: 2-5 years in Automobile Workshop/Service Centre Management.
- Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any relevant discipline.
- Experience in managing workshop operations, service teams, and customer relationships is mandatory.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience with multi-brand automobile workshops or authorized service centres.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Ability to lead teams and achieve branch performance targets.
