Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets in the assigned territory.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients, identify recent business opportunities, and expand product offerings.
- Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for customers on insurance products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- 0-6 years of experience in banking sales, BFSI sales, direct sales, or field marketing.
- Strong understanding of insurance industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
