Role: Academic Counsellor (US Market)

Location: Bangalore

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Language: English

Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)

Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Working days: 6 days (rotational week off)

Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Laptop is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct cold calling to prospective students and parents.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel students for JEE/NEET programs.
- Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and academic offerings.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to sales conversion.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper documentation of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly reports with the Team Leader.
- Follow up with prospective leads to maximize admissions.




- Assist students in making informed academic and career decisions.

Eligibility:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–4 years in Academic Counseling, Inside Sales, EdTech Sales, or Education Consulting.
- USA market experience preferred.
- Excellent English communication with a neutral accent.
- Willing to work US shifts and in a target-driven environment.
