As an Academic Counsellor, your role will be- Counselling and guiding working professionals from top organisations, including TCS, Infosys, Accenture, HCL Technologies, regarding career advancement and upskilling opportunities.

Conduct cold calling to generate qualified leads while consistently achieving individual and team revenue targets.

Criteria

MINIMUM 6 MONTHS OF INTERNSHIP/FULL TIME EXPERIENCE IN SALES PREFERRED

Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Work Schedule





Working Days- Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off).

Employees may avail 1st & 3rd Saturday Off based on performance.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Salary: 2.4 LPA- 5 LPA (Based on skills and experience) + Performance-Based Incentives (Uncapped)
