As an Academic Counsellor, you will interact with students, understand their career aspirations, and help them choose the right IT training program. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy communicating with people and want to build a career in counselling, admissions, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Understand students educational background and career goals.
- Provide accurate information about our IT training programs, admissions process, and career opportunities.
- Guide students in selecting the most suitable course based on their interests.
- Follow up with interested candidates and assist them throughout the admission process.
- Maintain records of student interactions in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrolment experience.
- Meet daily follow-up and counselling targets.
Eligibility
- Freshers Only
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
