We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Academic Counsellor Interns who are confident communicators and enjoy interacting with students and parents. The role involves counseling students on college admissions, guiding them through the application process, and supporting the admissions team in achieving enrollment goals. Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents regarding courses, colleges, and admission processes

Handle inbound and outbound calls from student leads

Follow up with interested students and assist them throughout the admission journey

Explain eligibility criteria, fee structure, scholarships, and admission timelines





Maintain accurate records in CRM and trackers

Support the admissions team in achieving daily and monthly targets

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processing

Deliver a positive and professional student experience Eligibility Criteria

Graduate / Undergraduate (Any Stream)

Freshers are welcome to apply

Valuable verbal communication skills in English and Hindi

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, WhatsApp, CRM)

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
