Job Summary: As a Career Counselor, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, providing information about courses, clarifying admission procedures, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for students.

Your role will involve building strong relationships with potential students, understanding their educational needs, and helping them make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Respond to inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, social media, and in person.

- Provide detailed information about courses, programs, admission requirements, and financial options.
- Conduct telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face counseling sessions with prospective students.
- Follow up with students to ensure the successful completion of the admission process.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation and conversion.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
- Stay updated on course offerings.

Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in any field 2. Proven experience as an Admission Counselor, Sales Executive (preferably in the education sector).

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Experience in the education industry, especially EdTech or training institutes.
