About this role

Algomind Academy is hiring a Academic Coordinator for our Indore campus. In this role you will focus on academic operations and curriculum delivery, working closely with our academic and operations teams to deliver a high-quality, outcome-driven learning experience for our students.

Responsibilities

- Own and execute academic operations and curriculum delivery initiatives end to end

- Coordinate with academic, marketing and placement teams

- Maintain accurate records, trackers and periodic reports

- Continuously improve processes based on feedback and data

- Represent Algomind Academy professionally with students, parents and partners

Required Skills

- Batch and timetable planning

- Curriculum coordination

- Trainer management

- Academic quality audits

- Student progress tracking





Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in an EdTech or education environment

- Graduate/Postgraduate in a relevant discipline (B.Tech / MCA / BCA / MBA as applicable)

- Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi

- Portfolio, certifications or real project work in the relevant domain
