What Were Looking For

Around 2,000 students sign up with us every month to plan their master's abroad, and we're building the outbound team that actually guides them from "thinking about it" to enrolled. If you've counselled students or professionals into a paid programme before — and you like that the number on your payslip moves with how many you close — read on. You'll be counselling and closing.

You call students, understand where they want to study, build the plan with them, and take them all the way to a paid Nbyula plan. It's genuine advising, but it carries a target, and the incentive is uncapped. We're especially keen to hear from you if you've been an academic / admissions counsellor at an edtech (upGrad,



Simplilearn, Scaler, PhysicsWallah, Unacademy and the like) or a study-abroad firm (Leap, Yocket, IDP, AECC and similar).

But we don't screen on where you counselled — we screen on how hard you worked and how much you closed. You're a fit if 1–3 years as an academic / admissions counsellor, education consultant, or inside-sales rep who sold a programme, course, or service.

You can quote your own numbers — students spoken to a day, conversion rate, last quarter's incentive — without checking.
