Job Summary

We are hiring a skilled 3D Experiential Exhibition Designer to create immersive environments for exhibitions, corporate events, product launches, conferences, retail experiences and brand activations. The candidate should combine strong creative thinking with technical knowledge of 3D modelling, rendering, spatial design, materials and fabrication.

Responsibilities

- Conceptualize exhibition and event spaces from initial brief through final design.

- Create stage designs, booths, kiosks, registration counters, experience zones and branded environments.

- Produce realistic 3D renders, walkthroughs, mood visuals and client presentation outputs.

- Develop layouts, detailing and fabrication-ready drawings for production.

- Interpret client requirements and translate them into memorable visual concepts.

- Integrate branding, graphics, lighting, AV, furniture, materials and structural elements.

- Coordinate with creative, production and client servicing teams for design feasibility.





- Manage revisions and incorporate feedback without compromising design intent.

- Ensure concepts are functional, aesthetically strong and executable within project timelines.

- Research current materials, event technologies and experiential design trends.

Qualifications

- Graduate or Diploma holder in Architecture, Interior Design, Exhibition Design, Product Design or a related discipline, with 412 years of relevant experience.

- Strong portfolio in exhibition, event, stage or experiential design is mandatory.

Software

- 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, V-Ray/Corona Renderer and Photoshop.

- Lumion, Twinmotion or Unreal Engine will be an advantage.

Preferred Experience

- Exhibitions, Trade Shows, Corporate Events, Product Launches, Brand Activations, Conferences, Award Shows, Retail Experiences and Luxury Events.

Bonus

- AI visualization workflows, motion graphics, animation, AR/VR, lighting design and multimedia integration.
