Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and technically strong 3D Event Visualization Designer to develop immersive visual concepts for corporate events, exhibitions, product launches, conferences, award shows, retail activations, and branded experiences. The candidate should be able to convert creative briefs into compelling 3D environments and execution-ready design outputs.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop 3D concepts for stages, booths, registration zones, experience areas, branded installations, and event environments.

- Create photorealistic renders, walkthroughs, mood visuals, and client presentation images.

- Prepare layouts, elevations, detailing, production drawings, and fabrication-ready files.

- Translate client briefs and brand guidelines into practical and visually engaging concepts.

- Integrate branding, graphics, lighting, AV, materials, furniture, structures, and fabrication elements.

- Coordinate with creative, production, and client servicing teams to ensure design feasibility.

- Revise concepts based on client feedback while maintaining aesthetics, functionality,



and brand consistency.

- Support multiple projects simultaneously and deliver work within tight deadlines.

- Stay updated on event design trends, materials, visualization tools, and experiential technologies.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Exhibition Design, Product Design, or a related field.

- 4-12 years of experience in event design, exhibition design, retail design, experiential marketing, or event production.

- Strong command of 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, V-Ray/Corona Renderer, and Adobe Photoshop.

- Strong knowledge of event fabrication, materials, spatial planning, and production processes.

- A solid portfolio of event, exhibition, stage, or experiential projects is mandatory.

- Knowledge of Lumion, Twinmotion, Unreal Engine, AI-assisted visualization, motion graphics, AR/VR, lighting design, or multimedia integration is an added advantage.
