Manage banking relationships, negotiating terms and managing communications with banks and financial institutions.

Oversee cash flow management strategies, ensuring optimal liquidity for operational needs while maximizing returns on idle funds.

Implement and manage effective treasury operations, including cash management, foreign exchange risk management,



and interest rate risk management.

Develop policies and procedures for treasury activities to mitigate financial risks.

Lead the team in executing transactions, including fund transfers, letters of credit, and bank guarantees.

Trade Finance

Oversee the structuring, negotiation, and management of trade finance instruments such as letters of credit, bank guarantees, and trade loans to support import/export activities.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions to ensure access to trade finance products and services.

Project Finance

Lead the evaluation and structuring of financing solutions for major projects, analyzing various funding options including debt, equity, and grants.
