Job Summary:

We are looking for a Project Coordinator at Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager level to support and coordinate shipbuilding/ship repair projects from planning to execution stages. The role involves project scheduling, manpower coordination, progress monitoring, reporting, cost tracking, and inter-departmental coordination to ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate project activities from initiation till completion and handover.
- Support Project Managers and Repair Managers in day-to-day project execution activities.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules using Primavera or MS Project.
- Track project progress, delays, critical activities, and manpower utilization.
- Coordinate with production, planning, procurement, quality, and subcontract teams for smooth execution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and MIS reports.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Analyse manpower distribution, productivity,



and idle hours.
- Follow up on material availability, work fronts, and pending activities.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and execution records.
- Ensure timely communication and coordination among internal stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical / Marine / Production Engineering or related discipline.
- 7-12 years of experience in shipbuilding, ship repair, EPC, heavy engineering, or offshore projects.
- Solid understanding of project coordination, scheduling, and execution activities.
- Hands-on experience in Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Good analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
