Role & responsibilities

- Identify and connect with pharmaceutical and healthcare companies, brand managers, product managers and marketing decision-makers.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, networking and client meetings.
- Present Scivisions services, including medical content, creative campaigns, digital solutions, videos, webinars, patient-education initiatives and doctor-engagement platforms.
- Understand client requirements and recommend customised medico-marketing solutions.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, quotations and project scopes in coordination with internal teams.
- Negotiate commercials, follow up on proposals and close business opportunities.
- Develop new client accounts and identify repeat-business and cross-selling opportunities from existing clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals, follow-ups and closures.
- Monitor pharmaceutical-market trends, recent product launches and emerging business opportunities.
- Coordinate with medical, creative, technology, production and operations teams for successful project execution.
- Achieve monthly,



quarterly and annual business-development targets.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate or postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management or a related field.
- Experience in business development, pharmaceutical sales, healthcare marketing, medical communication, advertising or digital marketing is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling, client meetings, field visits and regular follow-ups.
- Self-motivated, organised, target-oriented and capable of working independently.
- Candidates with an existing network in pharmaceutical companies will be given preference.
