Assess the status of projects and follow up on-site/project progress
Oversee the activities and performance of contractors and suppliers
Drive the design process end to end (including sketching and drafting 2D and 3D are mandatory)
Apply technical, material and functional knowledge with an aesthetic sense that befits the customer
Candidate should have minimum qualification of B.Arch from a reputed university and relevant experience of more than 5 years
Should be able to lead team individually
