Role & responsibilities

As a Daycare Assistant, you will support our lead educators in providing a world-class, safe, and nurturing workplace for our children. Your day-to-day will include:

- Holistic Supervision: Ensuring the safety and well-being of children during indoor and outdoor play, maintaining a constant line of sight.
- Routine Management: Assisting with daily transitions, including meal times (feeding/snack prep), nap times, and hygiene routines (diapering/toileting/handwashing).
- Activity Facilitation: Helping execute creative lesson plans, such as storytelling, sensory play, arts and crafts, and music sessions.
- bservation & Reporting: Keeping track of childrens progress and daily activities to provide accurate updates to parents and senior staff.
- Soft Skills: High patience, exceptional communication skills, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stay active, lift children, and engage in floor-level play throughout the day.
