Role & responsibilities :

- Support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and administration.
- Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, joining letters, termination letters, and other employment-related correspondence.
- Develop and implement HR work plans, including recruitment, training, transfers, and employee deployment.
- Maintain accurate employee records, correspondence, and documentation in both electronic and physical formats.
- Manage travel desk activities, including travel bookings and accommodation arrangements for employees and candidates attending training or interviews.
- Handle the daily background verification (BGV) process for new hires.
- Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization.
- Coordinate and manage HR-related operational activities.
- Prepare and submit HR reports, statistics, and other management information as required.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process,



including arranging joining kits (PC, access card, email ID, diary, etc.) and ensuring a smooth joining experience.
- Handle employee and ex-employee queries related to salary, bonuses, NOC letters, exit interviews, grievances, and other HR matters.
- Oversee and manage day-to-day HR operations for a workforce of approximately 40 employees.
- Ensure workplace discipline, maintain organizational decorum, and enforce company policies, ethics, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare and circulate the state-wise holiday calendar.
- Draft and issue various employee letters and HR communications.
- Prepare and circulate the daily "Valuable Morning" email to all employees.
