As a Retail Sales Officer (RSO), you will be the face of Tanishq. You will be responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their desires, and guiding them through our beautiful collections to provide a premium, unforgettable luxury shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Consultation & Sales: Welcome and greet walk-in customers with warmth. Understand their requirements, occasions, and budgets, and present relevant jewelry collections (Gold, Diamond, and Solitaires).
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Follow up with customers for special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries) and promote Tanishqs purchase schemes (like GHS).
- Product Knowledge: Stay deeply informed about product specifications, design inspirations, gemstone purities, and pricing/making charge policies to confidently handle customer queries.
- Showroom Counter Management: Ensure the stock at your designated counter is accurately displayed, clean, and perfectly organized according to visual merchandising standards.
- Billing & Process Adherence: Seamlessly guide customers through the billing, documentation, and old-gold exchange processes, strictly adhering to Tanishq's compliance and security standards.
- Target Achievement:



Consistently meet individual and team monthly/quarterly sales targets.

- Location: Tanishq Showroom, Palladium Mall, Thaltej, Ahmedabad
- Job Timings: 12:30 PM to 09:30 PM (Retail Shift)
- Employment Type: Full-time

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Minimum Graduate or Under-Graduate with relevant experience.

Experience:

- 1-5 years of retail sales experience.
- Experience in luxury retail, jewelry, high-end apparel, hospitality, or aviation is highly preferred. (Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also be considered).
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Presentable appearance with a professional, well-groomed demeanor suitable for a luxury retail environment.
- Basic computer literacy for billing and CRM operations.
