Talent Acquisition

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for positions across the organization.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage recruitment activities using ATS and HRMS platforms.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring effectiveness.
- Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction strategies.
- Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.

Employee Engagement & Culture

- Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives and culture-building programs.
- Organize employee recognition programs, team-building activities,



celebrations, and wellness events.
- Support onboarding programs to ensure a positive current-hire experience.
- Drive internal communication and employee-focused initiatives.
- Gather employee feedback through surveys and engagement activities and recommend improvements.
- Partner with leaders to strengthen company culture and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Support retention and employee experience programs.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Preferred candidate profile

- 3 to 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, Employee Engagement, or related areas.
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
