- We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Manager to lead the launch and growth of our recent Tortilla and Roti industrial bakery plant. The candidate will be responsible for setting up distribution channels from scratch in the West region and scaling to a national level.
- Key focus areas include securing B2B contracts with HORECA and retail chains, and managing operations with Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, etc.). This is a "ground-up" role for a hustler who can drive both institutional sales and retail presence.
- The role includes setting up distribution in priority markets, appointing distributors and channel partners, managing key accounts directly, and coordinating closely with production and supply chain teams to align demand planning and service levels.
- The incumbent will gather market feedback, support pricing and product positioning, and play a critical role in stabilizing volumes during the plant ramp-up phase.
