Role Description The Mutual Fund Specialist role is a full time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The specialist will be responsible for advising clients on mutual fund products, assessing their risk profiles, and recommending suitable investment options aligned with their financial goals. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing fund performance, preparing investment proposals, executing transactions, and maintaining accurate client records. The role also involves regular client communication, conducting portfolio reviews, assisting with KYC and compliance requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. The Mutual Fund Specialist is expected to stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and new fund offerings to provide informed, timely guidance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong expertise in Mutual Funds and Investments, with a solid understanding of different fund categories and portfolio construction.
- Candidates should possess sound knowledge of Finance, including capital markets, risk-return concepts,



and basic taxation related to mutual fund investments.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret market data, compare fund performance, and evaluate investment suitability.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to explain investment concepts clearly, build client trust, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Relevant certifications such as NISM/AMFI Mutual Fund Distributor certification are highly beneficial.
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in mutual fund sales, advisory, or wealth management is an advantage.
- Ability to work with MS Office and basic financial software; familiarity with broking and mutual fund platforms is a plus.
