Purpose/Objective

The Executive - Environment Engineer is responsible for managing and maintaining water and sewage treatment systems, garbage disposal, soil management, hazard control, and water quality testing.
The role ensures compliance with environmental regulations, sustainable waste management, and optimal performance of environmental infrastructure to support real estate facility operations.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Executive - Setting engineer Water & Sewage Treatment Management: Oversee the operation and maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) and Water Treatment Plants (WTP).
Conduct routine water testing to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Implement preventive maintenance schedules to avoid system failures and ensure optimal performance.
Monitor effluent discharge levels and ensure adherence to Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) and State Pollution Control Board (SPCB) norms.
Hazard Management & Compliance: Identify and mitigate environmental hazards across the facility.
Conduct risk assessments for pollution control,



ensuring adherence to safety guidelines.
Ensure compliance with environmental laws, municipal regulations, and green building standards.
Prepare and submit environmental reports to regulatory authorities as per compliance requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

Tech in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Master's Degree/Post Graduate specialization in Environmental Management will be preferred.
