Role & responsibilities

- Manage the daily operations and upkeep of the MD's residence.
- Supervise housekeeping, laundry, pantry, and maintenance activities.
- Welcome and assist guests with warmth, professionalism, and proper etiquette.
- Coordinate with domestic staff, vendors, and service providers to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain household inventories, grocery supplies, and essential stock.
- Assist with meal service, table setting, and family gatherings or special occasions.
- Schedule and monitor routine maintenance, repairs, and service appointments.
- Ensure the residence is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
- Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.




- Provide day-to-day coordination and support to the family as required.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management (Mandatory).
- 1-3 years of experience in luxury residences, hospitality, hotels, or guest relations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Well-groomed personality with robust hospitality etiquette.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain complete confidentiality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and administrative coordination will be an added advantage.
