Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive (Talent Acquisition) to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience with recruitment tools, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand hiring needs and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
- Manage ATS and maintain recruitment records.
- Prepare offers, negotiate compensation, and support onboarding.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.




- Participate in job fairs and employer branding activities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 - 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with ATS and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions in a fast-paced workplace.
- High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
- Prior experience in the KPO/BPO industry with exposure to volume hiring and operations recruitment.
