Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and expand market share.

- Manage and supervise a team of professionals to ensure high performance and productivity.

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and industry partners.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.

- Ensure compliance with IRDA regulations and other relevant laws and regulations.
