Role & responsibilities

IPQA (OSD)

- Perform line clearance
- Conduct in-process checks
- Monitor critical process parameters .
- Review batch records
- Handle deviations, incidents
- Coordinate with Production and Quality Control teams.

AQA

- Review analytical documents and test records.
- Review analytical method validation and verification reports.
- Review OOS, OOT, and laboratory investigation reports.

QMS

- Manage deviations, CAPA, change control, and risk assessments.
- Review and maintain SOPs and quality documents.
- Support regulatory inspections and customer audits.

Stability

Coordinate stability study initiation and execution.

- Manage stability sample storage and withdrawals.
- Review stability test results and trend data.
- Prepare stability protocols and reports.
- Investigate stability-related OOS/OOT results.

Artwork

Coordinate creation and revision of packaging artwork.

- Review labels, cartons, leaflets, and packaging components.
- Ensure regulatory and market-specific compliance.
- Manage artwork approval workflows.
- Coordinate artwork-related change controls.
- Maintain artwork records and version control.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.Pharm / M.Sc.
