Role & responsibilities

- Identify and acquire suitable land (private/government/gauchar/waste land) for solar projects.
- Conduct land feasibility checks including land use, access, and connectivity.
- Verify land records (7/12, 8A, Form 6, mutation, land maps) and ensure explicit titles.
- Coordinate execution and registration of land-related documents.
- Liaise with government authorities (Collector, Mamlatdar, DILR, Panchayat, GEDA, DISCOMs).
- Negotiate with landowners and manage local stakeholders.
- Coordinate with EPC, Engineering, Legal, and Project teams.
- Ensure compliance, risk mitigation, MIS reporting, and timely land handover.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in Law / Engineering / Real Estate or related field (PG preferred).
- 5 - 8 years of Gujarat-based land acquisition experience (solar/infrastructure preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Gujarat land laws and revenue procedures.
- Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi & English.
