Purpose of the Role:

Provide strategic, cross-functional leadership across group business operations, governance, and expansion initiatives for the RAAPID Group. Partnering directly with the Founder, CEO, and executive leadership team, the SVP will build operating discipline, improve cross-company execution, enable scalable global expansion, and drive high-quality business outcomes across all group companies.

Key Responsibilities:

Group Business Operations:

Provide strategic leadership across business operations for all group companies, strengthening operating discipline, execution excellence,



and cross-functional collaboration. Oversee shared corporate functions, including Finance and Legal, through their respective functional leaders to ensure strong governance, alignment, and business outcomes.

Business Governance:

Establish and drive the group operating rhythm through executive reviews, governance forums, business dashboards, strategic KPI tracking, and timely decision-making.

Business Expansion:

Partner with founders and business leaders to evaluate, plan, and execute new business initiatives, market expansion, strategic partnerships, and group growth opportunities.

Cross-functional Leadership:

Drive alignment across business functions to remove execution bottlenecks, improve collaboration, and accelerate delivery of strategic priorities.

Operational Excellence:

Lead enterprise-wide process improvements, standardization, scalability initiatives, and operational efficiency programs across group companies.

Strategic Initiatives:

Act as the execution partner for founder-led initiatives, including acquisitions, integrations, new ventures, organizational transformation, and other high-impact projects.

Business Performance Oversight:

Monitor business performance across group companies, review operational and financial health with functional leaders, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

Build strong relationships with founders, executive leadership, functional heads, investors, partners,



and other key stakeholders while fostering a high-performance, values-driven culture.

AI & Digital Transformation:

Champion the adoption of AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making to improve operational effectiveness, business scalability, and organizational productivity.

Preferred Experience

- 15+ years of progressive financial and operational leadership experience.
- Deep background in Big 4 consulting/audit combined with corporate leadership roles.
- Proven experience navigating finance and business operations in high-growth SaaS, AI, Healthcare Technology, or multinational environments.
- Demonstrated ownership of global business performance, cross-functional alignment, and rapid organizational scaling.
- Extensive experience working as a trusted advisor directly to Founders, CEOs, and Executive Boards.
