Job Summary

Promote and sell construction chemicals by building strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, consultants, and project customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify and develop recent business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, architects, and consultants.
- Generate enquiries and convert them into business.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Provide technical and commercial support to customers.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments for order execution and customer support.





Preferred Qualification

Graduate / Bachelor s Degree in any discipline. Civil Engineering preferred.

Required Skills / Experience

- 2 5 years of experience in Construction Chemicals, Building Materials, Waterproofing, Adhesives, or Paint Industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
