THE ROLE

- Independently prepare year-end accounts for UK limited companies to review-ready standard
- Prepare and review UK VAT returns
- Review and supervise the work of junior accountants
- Own a client portfolio to statutory deadlines
- Work daily in Dext, QuickBooks Online and Xero
- Communicate directly with UK clients - written and spoken

WHAT WE REQUIRE

- 5+ years of UK accounting practice experience
- ACCA - qualified or finalist




- Independent preparation of UK year-end accounts and VAT returns
- Review experience - able to supervise and develop juniors
- Fluent client-facing English, written and spoken - assessed at every stage
- Daily fluency in Dext, QuickBooks Online and Xero

WHAT WE OFFER

- 50,000 - 75,000 per month, based on skills, experience and communication standard
- Performance reviews every 6 months; increases earned on contribution
- A visible, recent, real route from Senior to Team Lead
- Direct UK client relationships - your name on the work

CONDITIONS

- Dedicated full time only - no other employment, freelance or side business, including evenings and weekends
- Minimum 3-year commitment - we invest in longevity and growth
- Strictly UK hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm UK time, plus one additional weekend day each month
