Are you a target-driven sales professional with a passion for guiding students toward successful careers? We are looking for experienced Education Counsellors to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents on career opportunities and suitable courses.
- Convert walk-ins, phone enquiries, website leads, Meta leads, Google leads, and referral enquiries into admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Explain course details, fee structures, payment plans, scholarships, and offers.
- Manage follow-ups, schedule counselling appointments, and ensure every enquiry is addressed.
- Reactivate inactive leads and generate student referrals.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver an excellent counselling experience.





Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 35 years of proven sales experience.
- Experience in Education, Training Institutes, EdTech, Banking, Insurance, Real Estate, or other target-driven service industries is preferred.
- Robust communication, counselling, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Proven ability to achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
