- Check file dimensions, fonts, images/illustrations, resolutions, color modes, and file formats for accuracy and readiness.

- Ensure design files adhere to print specifications, including color profiles, bleeds, crop marks, and safe zones.

- Review designs for errors, inconsistencies, and issues impacting the final output.

- Develop logos, illustrations, compositions, and layouts based on project requirements.

- Adjust and optimize design elements as needed, such as resizing images and adjusting typography.

- Stay updated on industry standards, printing techniques, and software updates to ensure compatibility.

- Collaborate closely with the Production Manager, Product Designer, and Creative team to understand project requirements and make necessary adjustments.

- Organize and maintain a well-structured file system to ensure design assets are easily accessible for future reference or revisions.

Job Requirements





- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Prepress Software, and Preflight Tools is required.

- Knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive/SharePoint is essential.

- Strong time-management, interpersonal, and teamwork skills are necessary.

- A degree or diploma in design, graphics, art, communication, or a related field is preferred.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and growing workplace is highly valued.
