As an Senior Associate youll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities
- Must have been in a role leading Employee Central track for large multi-country implementation for international or domestic customer
- Must have good knowledge and hands-on experience of Employee Central all functionalities - Foundation, Position Management, Employee Master Data, Employee Life Cycle Events, Time Off, and Benefits.
- Create an absence time type and a time account type
- Enable the assignment of time off master data to employees
- Must have independently led the design workshops for customer
- Must have an understanding of leading practices and industry best practices
- Must have a good understanding of platform-level integration of other modules with Employee Central
- Consider regional laws and regulations when implementing Time Off for a specific location
- Must have an understanding of the end employee life cycle on the SF platform
- Must know integration capabilities of Employee Central with S4H, 3rd Party Payroll and other systems
- Must have a positive understanding of Data Migration approach/strategy for Employee Central
