- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Provide pre-tour, on-tour, and post-tour assistance.
- Handle customer queries, modifications, and special requests.
- Resolve travel-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Prepare quotations and invoices.




- Follow up on payments and outstanding balances.
- Maintain accurate client and booking records in CRM systems.
- Monitor competitor offerings and pricing.
- Develop new packages and promotional ideas.
- Collect customer feedback after tours.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients.
