Job Title: US IT Recruiter (Onsite | EST Shift)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to support IT consulting clients in the US market. This onsite role focuses on full-cycle recruitment for contract, contract-to-hire, and fulltime IT positions. The role is based in India and operates during US Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and social media
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, work authorization, availability, communication, and compensation expectations
- Recruit candidates for W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future requirements
- Partner with delivery and account managers to understand hiring needs




- Maintain accurate recruitment data and activity in ATS and recruiting tools

Required Skills & Experience

- 1-4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and roles such as Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Salesforce, SAP, and Data Engineering
- Experience working with US visa categories including US Citizens, Green Card, H1B, OPT, CPT, and TN
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
