Regional Training Manager BFSI/NBFC (Gold Loan)

Roles & Responsibilities

Position Summary: Responsible for managing training and development activities across the assigned region to improve employee capability, sales performance, operational efficiency, customer service, and compliance standards in the gold loan business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement regional training plans aligned with business goals and organizational requirements.
- Conduct induction training for new joiners (Branch Managers, Relationship Managers, Operations, Sales, and Support teams).
- Deliver product training on gold loan processes, policies, procedures, and customer handling.
- Identify training needs through performance analysis, branch visits, audits, and business feedback.
- Design and conduct skill enhancement programs to improve sales productivity and branch performance.
- Train employees on gold appraisal basics, loan process flow, documentation, KYC norms, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct refresher training programs for existing employees to improve process adherence.
- Coordinate with regional/business heads to understand performance gaps and provide training interventions.
- Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback,



and post-training performance tracking.
- Maintain training MIS reports including attendance, evaluation scores, training calendars, and improvement plans.
- Ensure employees follow RBI guidelines, company policies, risk controls, and operational procedures.
- Conduct field coaching and on-the-job training during branch visits.
- Support recent branch launches by arranging manpower training and process orientation.
- Develop training content, presentations, case studies, and learning materials.
- Promote a learning culture and encourage continuous improvement among employees.
- Collaborate with HR and business teams for talent development initiatives.
