- Team handling: Supervise and lead a team of sales representatives.
- Set performance targets and monitor individual and team performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings to share updates, strategies, and motivate the team.
- Handle team scheduling and ensure proper coverage during working hours.
- Reporting to Senior management on achievement of budget.
- Developing strategies for Larger accounts along with Senior Management team.
- Supporting Branch to achieve Budget and developing plans for management Visits.
- Monitoring CRM and ensure timely updation of opportunities.
Preferred candidate profile
- Min 10-15 years experience in Kolkata market
- Has handled a team before
- Can be from either freight forwarding or Liner background
