- Work From Office

Salary-

- Up to 5 LPA (Based on experience and interview performance)

Working Days

- 5 Days Working
- 2 Rotational Week Offs
- Rotational Shifts

Roles & Responsibilities-

- Handle customer interactions through voice and blended channels.
- Provide L1 & L2 technical troubleshooting for telecom products and services.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues related to telecom services.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting quality and productivity targets.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when required.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
- Adhere to SLAs and company processes.

Mandatory Requirements-

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in an International Telecom Process.
- Minimum 1 year of Telecom Customer Service experience with L1 & L2 Technical Troubleshooting.




- Practical experience in troubleshooting telecom services is mandatory.
- Prior experience in an International Voice or Blended Process is required.
- Excellent English communication skills (near-native/C2 level).
- Strong analytical, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Graduation is mandatory.

Preferred Skills-

- Experience supporting customers from the US, UK, Australia, or other international telecom markets.
- Neutral accent and excellent pronunciation.
- Experience in customer support, technical support, service provisioning, or customer retention within the telecom domain.

Important Note

- Telecom experience is mandatory.
- Profiles from Banking, BFSI, Healthcare, Travel, E-commerce, or other non-telecom domains will not be considered.
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving notice period are preferred.
