Role: Centre Head / Clinic Manager
Location: Barrackpore, Kolkata
Reporting To: GM/VP

The Role

We need a result-oriented leader to take complete charge of the clinics P&L;, business growth, and daily operations. You will drive revenue, build referral networks, and champion preventive healthcare programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Business & Revenue: Own the P&L;, execute business plans, and grow revenue (consultations, diagnostics, pharmacy).
- Leadership: Lead, recruit, and mentor a multidisciplinary team of 50+ employees.
- Growth & Outreach: Build strong referral networks with local doctors, corporates, and housing societies.
- Operations: Ensure exceptional patient service, operational efficiency, and strict regulatory compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience: 8–15 years overall, with 3–5 years in a P&L; leadership role (managing 30+ staff).
- Background: Proven track record in clinics, wellness centers, or customer-facing business units.
- Skills: Solid sales/business development, expert in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT), and fluent in English.

- Education: Graduate mandatory; MBA preferred.
