Urgently we are looking for a energetic and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top IT talent across various technologies while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate communication.
- Maintain a talent pipeline and recruitment records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment (Domestic recruitment, as applicable).
- Experience hiring for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Data Engineering, AI/ML, SAP, Salesforce, and Cybersecurity e.
- Strong communication and sourcing skills.
- Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred.
