About the Role

Yaduka Group is looking for an experienced Commercial Sales Manager (Technical) to drive B2B sales for our Multilevel Car Parking Solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Eligibility

- MBA or Graduate (Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred)
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence
- Fluent in English (Mandatory) and Hindi (Mandatory)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, Gmail
- Candidates must currently reside in Kolkata

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Generate B2B sales for Multilevel Car Parking Solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, work orders,



and commercial documents.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales Team and provide back-office sales support.
- Handle customer queries and sales escalations professionally.
- Maintain accurate records in Vtiger CRM as per ISO standards.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Follow up with clients for quotations, payments, and project updates.
- Process invoices, receipts, and other commercial documentation.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of all sales-related records.
- Assist management with reports and business coordination.
- Inform customers about products, services, and promotional offers.
- Ensure timely resolution of client requests and concerns.
