- Conduct regular outlet visits with senior management to monitor operations and ensure workforce alignment.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including headhunting for key roles and handling outstation hiring.

- Build and maintain a strong backup pool of staff through consultants and direct recruitment channels.

- Track and report employee strength by monitoring actual vs. sanctioned headcount across outlets.

- Ensure smooth coordination between outlets and the Head Office by providing timely manpower and HR updates.

- Coordinate with various stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any domain.

- 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality and restaurants.

- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and practices.





- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
