Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly energetic Admission Counsellor cum Marketing Executive who will help grow Target89 ( https://www.facebook.com/target89.bengalituition/ and https://target89.com/ ) across school students of West Bengal Secondary Education Board (Madhyamik Examination).
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with students, schools and parents, and driving student enrollments.
You will be responsible for interacting with schools and students.
Key Responsibilities
1. School Outreach & Partnerships
- Visit schools and meet with school principals.
- Conduct school presentations and awareness sessions for students.
2. Network Growth
- Lead conversion through virtual counselling and mock / sample sessions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
3. Campaigns & Field Activities
- Organize school campaigns, demo classes and promotional events.
- Identify current schools and districts for outreach.
Desired Qualifications:
- 1 - 4 years of experience in Education related Sales, Field Marketing and Education Outreach programs
- Experience working with schools, coaching institutes, or EdTech companies
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel extensively across West Bengal
- Passion for education and student development
- Language Requirement : Bengali & English
