- Prepare and review tax computations for individuals and corporates.

- Handle scrutiny assessments, appeals, and departmental proceedings.

- Manage income tax return filing processes for all relevant ITRs.

- Advise on capital gains and related tax implications.

- Conduct tax due diligence and identify red flags in compliance.

- Provide support in tax planning and strategy development.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in direct taxation.

- Experience in handling scrutiny assessments, appeals, and tax planning is desirable.

- Robust understanding of the Income Tax Act and practical application.

- Analytical skills to handle complex computation, capital gain, and tax planning scenarios.

- Strong grasp of compliance, due diligence, and reporting.





- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Qualification: Semi-qualified CA / M.Com / CMA (Tax specialization) with relevant experience can also be considered.
