ACS Department Head Department: Architecture & Structure (ACS) BIM Location: New Town, Kolkata

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days)

Position Overview: ICE is seeking an experienced ACS Department Head to lead our Architecture & Structure (ACS) BIM division. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in BIM project delivery, multidisciplinary coordination, team leadership, and client management. Experience working on Data Center projects and coordinating with MEP disciplines will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Architecture & Structure (ACS) BIM department, ensuring successful delivery of projects within quality, schedule, and budget requirements.

Oversee the development, review, and coordination of Architectural and Structural BIM models using industry-standard BIM tools.

Manage, mentor, and develop a team of BIM Managers, BIM Coordinators, BIM Engineers, and BIM Modelers.

Coordinate closely with MEP, Civil, and other multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP), project workflows, quality control processes, and modeling standards.

Conduct model reviews, clash detection, design coordination meetings, and technical audits.

Ensure compliance with client requirements, project specifications, and international BIM standards, including ISO 19650.

Monitor project schedules, resource planning, productivity, and department performance.

Support business development by providing technical expertise during proposals, presentations,



and client discussions.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, BIM innovation, and implementation of best practices across the department.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.

Minimum 10 years of experience in the BIM industry.

Proven experience managing Architecture and Structural BIM teams on large-scale projects.

Strong expertise in Architectural and Structural BIM modeling and coordination.

Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM collaboration platforms.

Solid understanding of BIM workflows, clash detection, model coordination, and project delivery.

Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience coordinating with MEP disciplines on multidisciplinary projects.

Experience working on Data Center projects.

Knowledge of ISO 19650 and international BIM standards.

Experience managing client relationships and leading departmental operations. ]
