Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic cum Fashion Designer with 3-4 years of professional experience in the fashion industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fashion trends, graphic design principles, and garment aesthetics, with the ability to translate creative concepts into commercially successful designs.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop cutting-edge fashion and graphic design concepts aligned with the SILISOUL brand vision.
- Create apparel graphics, prints, patterns, and artwork for seasonal collections.
- Design mood boards, color palettes, and trend presentations.
- Collaborate with merchandising and production teams to ensure design feasibility and timely execution.
- Prepare technical specifications, design sheets, and artwork files for production.
- Conduct market and trend research to identify emerging fashion and design trends.
- Work on branding and packaging elements, including labels, tags, and promotional creatives.
- Ensure consistency across all design assets and collections.




- Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers for sampling and production requirements.
- Contribute to social media and marketing creatives when required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of relevant work experience in fashion and graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW).
- Strong understanding of garment construction, textile prints, and fashion trends.
- Experience in apparel graphic design and print development.
- Excellent creative, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
- A strong portfolio showcasing fashion and graphic design work.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Knowledge of fabric sourcing, embellishments, and production processes.
- Familiarity with digital design tools and trend forecasting.
- Understanding of e-commerce and fashion branding requirements.
