Position Overview

We are seeking a highly professional, polished, and service-oriented Butler to provide personalized hospitality and executive support to the Chairman. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional service etiquette, discretion, and attention to detail, ensuring seamless day-to-day support while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, professionalism, and confidentiality.

This role requires an individual who can anticipate requirements, deliver impeccable food and beverage service, manage VIP hospitality, and coordinate with internal support teams to ensure a smooth and comfortable working environment for the Chairman and distinguished guests.

Key Responsibilities Chairman & VIP Hospitality

- Provide personalized service and hospitality support to the Chairman and visiting guests.

- Serve beverages, refreshments, and meals with the highest standards of presentation and etiquette.

- Welcome and assist VIP guests, business associates, and visitors.

- Ensure the Chairmans office, meeting rooms, and hospitality areas are maintained to impeccable standards.

- Anticipate the Chairmans requirements and provide proactive support.

Food & Beverage Service
- Manage tea, coffee, beverage, and meal service for the Chairman and guests.

- Ensure proper table settings, presentation standards, and serving etiquette.

- Coordinate catering arrangements for meetings, conferences, and special events.

- Monitor food and beverage stock levels and coordinate replenishment as required.

Meeting & Event Coordination
- Arrange hospitality requirements for board meetings,



executive discussions, and corporate events.

- Coordinate refreshments, lunch, and dinner services for official meetings and guest visits.

- Support the planning and execution of corporate functions and special occasions.

- Ensure meeting rooms are prepared and maintained before and after meetings.

Pantry & Inventory Management
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within pantry and service areas.

- Monitor inventory of beverages, snacks, crockery, cutlery, and hospitality supplies.

- Coordinate procurement and replenishment of pantry items.

- Ensure proper storage and maintenance of hospitality equipment and supplies.

Executive Support
- Assist the Chairman with daily service-related requirements.

- Coordinate travel refreshments and hospitality arrangements when required.

- Liaise with housekeeping, administration, and facility teams to ensure smooth operations.

- Support special requests and personal assistance requirements as assigned.

Professionalism & Confidentiality
- Maintain complete confidentiality regarding business discussions, meetings, and sensitive information.

- Demonstrate exceptional grooming, etiquette, and professional conduct at all times.

- Handle responsibilities with discipline, punctuality,



and attention to detail.

- Uphold the image and standards of the Chairmans office through exemplary service.

Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a Butler, Executive Butler, Hospitality Associate, Steward, Guest Relations Executive, or VIP Service Professional.

- Solid knowledge of food and beverage service, hospitality standards, and service etiquette.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to interact confidently with senior management, VIP guests, and business associates.

- Well-groomed appearance with a professional and courteous demeanor.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

- Flexibility to work extended hours as required.

Educational Qualifications
- Minimum Higher Secondary education; Graduate preferred.

- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management will be an added advantage.

- Professional training in Butler Service, Hospitality, or Guest Relations is desirable.
